Orders and Shipping
1CON IT offers 2-4 business day shipping as our standard shipping option on all merchandise orders. However, due to delays related to demand and COVID-19, 1CON IT orders may experience delays. Depending on the carrier, your order may arrive on a weekend.
Gift Cards are shipped digitally from merchandise orders for FREE and arrive in 1-5 business days.
After you pick the services or products you want to purchase and add them to your cart, you can create your account while checking out
Either while you are creating a new order as a new customer you can add your shipping address, or if you are already a customer you can add shipping address in your acount
After you receive the confirmation email for your order, you can visit your account regularly and check the status of your order online. Additionally, every status change in your order, is mailed to you.
As we are using redirection to Authorized Credit card institutions, (Revolut, Skrill, Paypal) for all card transactions, no Card Data are stored in our infrastructures
Depending your Country and if you own or not an eligible VIES Valid VAT for intra-Community trade, taxes may be applied. you will notified for tax exemption or not while checking out
Currently we deliver products to Bulgaria, Greece, Italy and Germany. If you are located outside these countries, you can contact us before placing your order. ALL our Managed Services are shied GLOBALY with NO additional Fees
Depending the size, the weight and the order purchase date you may receive one or multiple packages

In the EU you have the right to return any purchases made online from our marketplace, within 14 days for a full refund. You can do so for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind.
You may request a Full Refund or Cancellation of your service / product / automatic subscription renewal purchase from 1CON IT Services for any reason during the refund period applicable to your product type or service as below.

Within 4 hours of your order purchase, you are eligible to send as an email or contact Sales so we update shipping address. if the order is already shipped, then you have to contact the Courier to either change delivery shipping address, or to return products to our HQ with any additional costs borneδ by you
