The use of such content from the Services by the user is expressly prohibited and also the user does not have the right to use any marks or logos being used in the Services of 1CON IT, otherwise he is liable to compensation. All trademarks, service marks and logos displayed on this Site (the \u201cTrademarks\u201d) are registered and unregistered trademarks of 1CON IT or its subsidiary companies and the user does not have the right to reproduce, display or use in any other way any Trademark without the prior written permission of 1CON IT, otherwise he is liable to compensation.<\/p>\n

If necessary 1CON IT may perform scheduled or emergency repairs or maintenance or remotely repairing or upgrading of its software in relation to the rendering of its services to the user, which may cause a temporary deterioration of the services and could result to a partial or complete interruption of the website https:\/\/1con.eu. Any degradation or interruption of the \u201cstore\u201d during such maintenance does not allow a refund or credit of any sums paid by the user nor provides any user the right to compensation.<\/p>\n

The overall responsibility of 1CON IT for any claim of the user under these terms, is limited to the amount paid by the user for the use of this service and only this. In all other cases 1CON IT is not responsible for any damage or loss of the user that is not reasonably anticipated.<\/p>\n

All these terms and conditions together with any contract for technical support (support package) chosen by the user, the privacy policy and terms of use of support, constitute a single legally binding contract between 1CON IT and the user and constitute the entire agreement between him and 1CON IT, regarding the access of the user to this site and the use of it. Users Restrictions \/ Obligations<\/strong>
The user is obliged to use the \u201cstore\u201d only according to the law, as it is in force at any time. 1CON IT reserves the right to suspend or restrict the user account access to the \u201cstore\u201d in case that the user does not comply with the conditions or policies, or in case that 1CON IT discovers any suspicious activity of misuse by the user. User must always keep the password safe. In the event of any loss or damage that may result from a lost password, 1CON IT is entitled, automatically and without judicial mediation to suspend the account to this user without paying any compensation to him.<\/p>\n
