SHIPPING COSTS
Depending the service or product, cost vary from “Free” to 200Euros depending the Delivery Country, the size and the weight of the product package.
All our services come at zero fee shipping cost.
Standard business day products shipping is FREE on orders of 399,99Euros and over (excluding taxes) – no promotion code needed. For merchandise orders totaling less than 399,99Euros, there is a delivery charge for Standard Day shipping.
1. Standard Day Shipping costs for Products of max 1Kgr in total package and delivery to Bulgaria, Greece, Italy and/or Germany are 20Euros.
2. Standard Day Shipping costs for Products over 1Kgr per package and delivery to Bulgaria, Greece, Italy and/or Germany are 20Euros for the first Kgr and 9Euros per additional Kgr.
DELIVERY TIMES
Η 1CON IT προσφέρει αποστολή 2-4 εργάσιμων ημερών ως τυπική επιλογή αποστολής για όλες τις παραγγελίες εμπορευμάτων. Ωστόσο, λόγω καθυστερήσεων που σχετίζονται με τη ζήτηση και τον COVID-19, οι παραγγελίες 1CON IT ενδέχεται να παρουσιάσουν καθυστερήσεις. Ανάλογα με τον μεταφορέα, η παραγγελία σας μπορεί να φτάσει ένα Σαββατοκύριακο.
Οι δωροκάρτες αποστέλλονται ψηφιακά από παραγγελίες εμπορευμάτων ΔΩΡΕΑΝ και φτάνουν σε 1-5 εργάσιμες ημέρες.
Gift Cards are shipped digitally from merchandise orders for FREE and arrive in 1-5 business days.

MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.
TRACKING ORDERS
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email. To track an order on 1CON IT, visit the correspondent courier and enter your tracking number. You wont need to sign in to access the tracking information. Title to the products in your order is transferred from 1CON IT to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from 1CON IT to you when your order is delivered to you. This transfer of title does not affect our returns policy.
